Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change and appointments sometimes need to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Consultations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a small admin fee.
  • If ElderlyBloom Care needs to reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Care Services

  • Any changes to ongoing care arrangements must be discussed directly with our team.
  • Refunds for prepaid services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
